Why personalise your workwear?
Personalising your workwear not only elevates the professionalism of your team, but also strengthens your brand’s presence. It demonstrates commitment to your business and acts as a powerful marketing tool. Including your company details like your phone number or website address on your workwear makes it easier for customers to connect with you.
Is there a setup cost?
For standard text embroidery, there is no setup cost. However, if you need a custom logo embroidered, we will need to convert your design into a digital stitch file, which may incur a setup fee. Simply send us an email with a copy of your logo, and we will provide you with a detailed quotation.
How much does it cost to embroider my workwear?
Costs vary depending on the complexity of your logo, the number of stitches, and how many items need personalisation. Email us your logo, and we will come back to you with a tailored quote.
Can you colour match embroidery to my existing logo?
Absolutely! If you provide us with Pantone references, we will match the thread colour as closely as possible to your logo.
What is the largest size logo I can have embroidered?
- Chest Logo: 90mm wide
- Back Logo: 230mm wide
- Sleeve Logo: 80mm wide
If your logo exceeds these dimensions, there is a chance it may start to become distorted and out of proportion to the garment.
Will I see the logo design before it’s it's embroidered?
Yes, you will! Our design team will create a digital proof of your logo. You will receive the proof via email, and if needed, we will also send a physical sample for approval. We will not proceed with embroidery until you have confirmed the design.
Can you embroider waterproof garments?
Yes, we can! We use a special coating to protect the embroidery area, but please note that we cannot guarantee the garment remains 100% waterproof after embroidery. Whilst we can embroider we would recommend printing waterproof garments.
Can you embroider onto hats?
Yes, we can embroider hats and caps and other accessories. Our specialised embroidery machines are equipped with frames that allow us to embroider almost any workwear item, including hats.
Can I transfer my existing personalised workwear from another supplier?
Yes, we can help with that! Just give us a call, and we will guide you through the process to transfer your personalised design to our garments.
Do you outsource your personalisation?
No, we handle all personalisation in-house. We believe in maintaining full control over the quality of the work, so all embroidery and print designs are processed by our dedicated in-house team using state of the art equipment allowing us to provide a fast turn round on urgent requirements.
How does the personalisation process work?
Embroidery Process: Your logo is converted into a digital stitch file by our in-house team. This file instructs our advanced embroidery machines on where to place the stitches and what colours to use. The garment is placed into the machine, and the embroidery begins. This process works for a variety of items including polos, jackets, overalls, and caps.
Full Colour Transfers: This method involves printing your logo onto a special transfer fabric with high-definition printing. The transfer is then cut to size and heat-pressed onto your garment. Full-colour transfers are perfect for more detailed, intricate designs and offer a sleek, high-quality matt finish.
Flexi Printing: For flexi printing, your logo is cut from transfer vinyl using a plotter and then applied to your garment using a heat press. This method is more durable than screen printing and will not crack or fade over time. Flexi printing is available in vibrant colours and can be applied to most garments, but is not suitable for fleeces or PU-coated fabrics. Flexi printing is often used for smaller quantities.
