At Mammoth Workwear, we know how important it is for you to get the products you need- fast, reliable, and hassle-free. Below you will find everything you need to know about placing an order, our delivery options, and how we handle returns.
Next Day Delivery
We offer next working day delivery on eligible orders placed before 2pm. This excludes weekends and bank holidays and is subject to stock availability and our standard lead times.
Need it on a Saturday? No problem. Saturday delivery is available by special arrangement—just let us know, and we will sort it (additional charges may apply).
Same Day Delivery
Had an emergency - need it same day? The team thrives on challenges. Just let us know where and when, and we will sort it (additional charges may apply).
Placing an Order online:
- Product Listings
All items shown on our website, along with descriptions and prices, are an invitation to order—not a confirmed offer. - Account Holders
If you have an account with us, either phone, email or place you order online. When placing your order online select your products, click "Submit" double checking your details before ordering. - Guest Orders
If you are ordering without an account, you can process your order by paying by credit card. Make sure to review your order carefully before finalising. - Acknowledgement & Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send an acknowledgement email - Stock & Availability
Stock availability does change. We will always provide a lead time and in some circumstances were there is a substantial delay we will offer you an alternative product. - Out of Stock?

If you receive an email for an order you did not place, or notice any errors, contact us immediately at sales@mammothworkwear.com.
Delivery Options
- Next Working Day: Orders placed by 2pm despatched on next working day delivery service.
Sometimes time is of all importance:
- Same-Day Delivery: Available on request. Maybe chargeable
- AM Delivery: Available on request. Maybe chargeable
International Deliveries:
- Euro Sprint: Orders placed by 2pm despatched on 3-5 working day delivery across Europe
- Worldwide: Orders placed by 2pm despatched on 5-7 working day delivery world-wide.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how we handle returns:
- Returns Policy
- Items correctly supplied can only be returned with our written agreement.
- You have 7 days from delivery to return any eligible items subject to our acceptance.
- Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, with original packaging and include any free accessories.
- Returns must be returned at your expense and accompanied by a packing note including our invoice number, date, and the reason for return.
- Our Mistake? If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping.
- Restocking & Collection Fees: For correctly supplied items, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:- Customised items (embroidered, printed, assembled to order)
- Special order items outside our standard range.
- Unsealed health & hygiene products (e.g. plasters, eyewash, bandages)
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method if the return meets our policy conditions. - Lost Returns
We cannot issue refunds or credit for lost return parcels. Goods must reach us for processing. - Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
