7 Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Mammoth Workwear, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you buy an item and later decide it is not right for you, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange it for another product. Please note that return postage will be your responsibility.
Conditions for Returns:
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be in new, re-sellable condition.
- Item must be in its original packaging, including tags and labels.
- Personalised garments cannot be returned.
Important: If you are a pet owner, please be aware that garments with animal hair will be rejected, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, briefs, bras, socks, and base layer trousers cannot be returned if they are unwrapped or unsealed, unless faulty.
Please contact us via phone or email to receive a returns number before sending any items back. You will need to cover the postage for any returned or exchanged items, but we will do our best to keep exchange costs as low as possible.
If your order qualified for free shipping but you return an out-of-stock item, causing the order to fall below the minimum threshold for free delivery, we may charge shipping fees.
Refunds or replacements will usually be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Returns must be supported by your original invoice number. We may apply a 25% restocking fee for items returned correctly supplied or may refuse the return if this is a non-standard Mammoth Workwear Ltd product and ordered specially for your requirements.
Faulty Goods
If your items develop a manufacturing fault within 6 weeks of the invoice date, they will be replaced free of charge, subject to inspection. After 6 weeks, the faulty item will be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation.
Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged during transit, please sign for them as "DAMAGED." Check the goods immediately. If there is a shortage, loss, or damage, please contact us by phone and then confirm the issue in writing within 24 hours.
Payments
All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the payment is refused, we are not liable for any delays or failure to deliver the order. We use fraud-checking agencies to ensure the safety of all transactions and may cancel orders that appear to be high-risk.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, notify us in writing, and we will refund any amount debited to your card within 30 days, provided the goods are returned in the same condition they were when delivered. You will be responsible for any postage or taxes unless the return is due to an error on our part. Contact our customer service team for guidance.
Cancellation Rights
We are not liable for any losses (economic or otherwise), damage to goodwill, or special losses arising from these terms. This includes any indirect consequences from the use of the website, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch stock products ordered by 2pm on the same day, for delivery the next day within the UK mainland. Please allow 5-7 working days for printed and embroidered products. Delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels if items are out of stock.
On the rare occasion where our manufacturer has an out-of-stock situation our customer service team will keep you updated.
Shipping
We ship workwear to customers globally. All prices are listed in GBP, and currency conversions provided on the site are for reference only. Delivery charges for UK mainland orders can vary, especially to locations like Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Scottish Islands. Any additional delivery charges will be communicated before processing your order.

We use trusted carriers like Fedex to ensure safe and secure delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is dispatched. Rare delays due to weather or other circumstances may occur, but we will strive to ensure your order arrives promptly.
International Orders
For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. For large orders, you may see "quotation to follow," and our sales team will contact you with the delivery costs before proceeding with the order.
Risk & Title
Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with Mammoth Workwear until full payment is received.
Until then:
- Goods must be stored separately and clearly identified as our property.
- You agree to return them on request or allow us access to recover them.
- Any resale must be accounted for and proceeds paid to us.
Liability
We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications, and descriptions of listed products. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. If an item was ordered at an incorrect price, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
While we make every effort to provide accurate product images, colours may vary depending on screen settings and other factors. We are not liable for any discrepancies between the product’s appearance on your screen and the actual item.
We also take steps to protect your data and prevent fraud, but we cannot be held responsible for any breach of security beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, wars, strikes, and government actions.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim any warranties regarding the products, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
